  • Treatment Process

    Treatment begins with an online assessment to see if you’re a suitable candidate for NewSmile treatment. After that, you order your impression kit online, make impressions of your teeth - you’ll need to make your own moulds. You then send them back to NewSmile which creates a treatment preview for you. You’ll then be sent a new set of aligners every two weeks. Once your treatment is finished, they’ll send you a set of retainers to wear at night.

  • Guarantee

    NewSmile don’t offer a hard and fast guarantee for your treatment, but say they’ll work with you if you’re not happy with the results of your treatment compared to your original treatment preview.

  • Any Extras?

    NewSmile includes whitening treatments for free as part of your aligner journey.

You will save yourself many stressful hours by AVOIDING NEWSMILE. This treatment has not worked. I spent my time and hard earned money on failed impressions, in-person dental scans and countless calls for aligners that required many months of use, 23 hours a day, all to fail to straighten my teeth as promised in the treatment preview. Don’t be fooled by fake reviews on here or the fact the service is cheaper than the alternatives. The company are also particularly difficult to deal with and I am having to fight for a refund as I write this.

Please READ the refund policy because before you pay, if you are not happy with the preview treatment they will not refund the whole amount you paid. They will take a minimum of £215….and it could take 90 days to refund the money. They are very fast to take your money but extremely slow to refund you. Rubbish company!!!

NewSmile clear aligners are impressively transparent and they do have a very attractive price, with both retainers and whiteners included as an added bonus. Our panel worried about the lack of real-life dental supervision, but felt this was not as big an issue for a company that specialised in mild cases.
